SNS belives its employees are true assets. It has put effort to ensure people safety comes first. It performs regular auditing to stay health and safety compliant. It also has a Health Safety Environment (HSE) plan ready in place. The company has produced Health Safety Environment Manual.

Quality Control
Saudi Naval Support Company is committed to establishing effective plans to deliver quality in its key business activities and meet its obligations to its customers and other stakeholders. In line with the standard, it is essential that our quality objectives are consistent with our policies, measurable where practicable, communicated effectively within the organization (and outside where appropriate) and updated as part of the QMS management review process. Objectives will be based on a clear understanding of our requirements, including those from interested parties, and will take into account the results of and risk and opportunity assessments carried out at various levels within the organization.
Ethics
As part of our commitment, the organisation has established a Quality Management System (QMS) which complies with the requirements of the ISO9001 international standard for quality management systems and will be seeking certification to this standard in the near future.
